The agriturismo "Conte Pompeo" is strategically located at the meeting point of three regions, Umbria, Lazio and Toscana, not far from the autostrada exits of Fabro and Orvieto. Remember too that Rome is but an hour away, by train, from Orvieto. In a single day you can reach a long list of famous places, amongst which: Orvieto, Pienza, Cetona, Montepulciano, Montalcino, S. Casciano dei Bagni with its thermal baths, Chiusi with its magnificent Etruscan museum, Città della Pieve, home city of Perugino, Acquapendente, Todi, Bomarzo, Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, etc. In the vicinity there are several lakes: Bolsena, Trasimeno, Vico, Corbara and the bird sanctuary WWF of lake Alviano.
